How to connect to VPN from a fake IP?

Hello! I live in Kazakhstan, I work remotely. There is a working PC from which the internal network of the company is accessed through a working VPN and Citrix Gateway. The company threatens to block all external IP addresses. Is there any technical possibility to connect to this VPN with a Russian IP address?

Rent a VPS in Russia. Set up a VPN server there. Connect the PC to this VPN, then connect to the working
