I won’t tell you which application exactly in the video - any drawing tool can be without special functions other than drawing straight lines, and free drawing.
I recommend an excellent application for geometry, solid geometry and education - GeoGebra Classic. There, the drawing is a little more strict, the points “stick”, and on the other hand, it turns out a perfectly neat and “live” drawing - I pulled a point, all the lines moved from it. Try it, the software is free, for many platforms.
The names of the points are assigned immediately automatically. You can rename. You can count areas, volumes, even probabilities!
