What program is there to insert a suit into a photo without cutting it out?

We need a program to insert a costume into a photo without cutting it out like in GIMP, but so that when taking a photo you can immediately select a costume (pirates, hussars, knights, etc.) and shoot a person in this costume.

It smacks of artificial intelligence. Finding a person in a photograph and correctly separating him from the background is not a trivial task. Rather, even if such a program exists, it works in a semi-automatic mode.

You can do it in Photoshop using actions, or beautifully using a script with a gui. But the head will still have to be centered manually.
