What program for following the gps track should be offered to visitors?

The situation is this: I live in a remote area, I need to get to me through the forest / field. Moreover, the route varies depending on the weather, road condition and whether to walk or drive.
Guests/tourists come from time to time and have to go to meet/see them off so they don't get lost. I have already had several recorded gps tracks for seven years, how to get there. They are posted on the site, superimposed on a Google map. But it still doesn’t help, people are too lazy to deal with software, settings, etc.
Tell me, maybe there is a simple program that would be installed with a minimum of settings on a phone with ios / android, would show a track, how to get to us, and an arrow, where does the user go?
The program should be able to work without the Internet, since we do not catch cellular networks well.

Read a lot about mobile GPS jammers , app spoofing, and also asked a Silicon Valley tech friend familiar with these things; in principle, it is not difficult to fake a fake GPS.
