What program for autoscreening do you recommend?

Please advise a program that can automatically take screenshots on a given timer.
Also a great bonus is the ability to send directly to ftp, but you can also save to disk.

how often and how much do you need to do a screen? All the programs that were on the Internet - all fell off or buggy at different times. I used a screenshotter on powershell
