Monosnap is watching us??

Good afternoon!
The question is about the program for creating quick screenshots monosnap.
Periodically, when the program hangs in the background, it starts the monosnap video recorder process and eats where 25% of the CPU, that is, it records my desktops without my knowledge. Has anyone experienced this mess?
