What program do you use to record experiments?

Hello.
Please tell me, there is a need for a program in which you can maintain and record some projects and experiments.
Now I do everything in Googledox, but I want something more convenient and functional.
For example. I have a project site. I did some work on it (fixed both with text and pictures) and I want to return to this issue after a certain time and check the result (i.e. somehow the calendar was built-in with a reminder)
Who, how and in what way, leads such projects or similar?

Create a task, statuses, solution progress, write down thoughts.
