How to become a pro in IT management?

Hello! Recently, I plunged headlong into the world of it. Now I am engaged in web development, I am a team leader, a manager in a very diverse team and I am doing my own start-up. But here's the catch: it all happened so fast that I didn't have time to adapt. I would be grateful if you give key advice and write the names of resources on which I can fill in the gaps in competencies. Any books, lectures, courses about IT management will be useful. Thank you!

I was helped a lot by Tom DeMarco's book Deadline. A novel about project management. It is read in one breath and conveys well the experience of managing IT projects and teams. Good luck!
