What program do you recommend for recovering deleted data from RAID 1 on ReadyNAS Netgear?

Good afternoon.
Accidentally deleted a folder with scans on the NAS. There are two 3TB screws in RAID 1.
He opened access via SSH, went to US, says he says that he is on Linux Nas OS.
As I understand it, it is necessary to assemble a program for data recovery from the sources, install and run it. So? Or maybe a distro program is suitable for regular Linux?
And actually, what program under a Unix you will advise for this purpose?
Thank you!

Didn't solve the problem. Unfortunately, the programs are not configured and compiled from sources, since all of them do not know about the architecture of the NAS processor - armv7.
A decision is not a decision. And just organized backups for the future.
I didn’t try to screw the screws to the computer, it probably would have worked, but it works for us almost 24/7 ..
