What program do you recommend for displaying scores and football match data on the scoreboard?

Hi friends!
There is a stadium and a scoreboard on it, friendly football matches will be held in the near future and for this you need software to display the score, team flags, well, everything is in the football (sports) spirit.
From the equipment there is a scoreboard 1306x768 with vga, you can naturally connect a PC (laptop) to it. As far as I understand, you need a program into which you enter data (Who plays with whom, team names, game time, match score, removal of a player from the field, well, etc.) and they are displayed on the scoreboard.
