What program can monitor the user's actions on a remote PC with recording to a video file?
The situation is this: it is required to control the actions of a number of employees. Three computers, computers work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, employees work in shifts, all computers are connected to the company's local network. Ideally, you need a program that will (if possible covertly) record a video of everything that happens on the PC screen and send it over the network to the admin computer. In order not to clog the RAM of users' computers, recording should be carried out with a certain step, for example, in an hour or two. We tried the option with Team Viewer, but it did not work for the last reason. Radmin and tested keyloggers do not write videos.
Can anyone help with advice?

It is unlikely that there is software that writes VIDEO, you need to look for something that will take screenshots from the screen. Video in normal quality (so that you can see what's on the monitor) will take up a lot of space =)
And of course, you need to trust. Or get fired)
TotalScreenRecorder gold. It has autorun when you log on to the system, a choice of codec for compression from those available in the system, and work in hidden mode without a tray icon.
Cons - there was a glitch with some codecs, visible in the task manager, does not start when renaming the EXE, critical to the availability of the recording save path (when recording over the network), zhorok (on C2D E7500 when recording 1280x1024x3fps mpeg4 TSR gave 20-30% CPU usage) . Wrote full time from several computers to a file server over the network.
There is an option to configure VLC to stream to the network and write a network video recording system like a regular IP camera. But it is better to reconsider your relationship with this work.
