What program can make a hard link to a file?

What program can make a hard link to a file?
A reliable and proven program is interesting!
I need this to spare my SSD and throw files into RAM (Qsoft RAMDisk program) that are constantly overwritten. And this is savings on recording files at the level of 5-7 gigabytes for a full working day.
I think you can help me :)

5-7GB in 1 working day is a zilch (nothing) even for cheap TLC drives. With such a load, they will probably work for 10-20 years. For MLC or, moreover, SLC disks, whose lifespan is noticeably higher, this is nothing at all.
My SSD disk has been holding part of the database tables for 2-3 years already, the daily volume of (re)writing to it is calculated in terabytes ... according to SMART, the disk has exhausted its resource by only 6%, if you believe the facts, then it is still alive :)
In addition, as far as I remember, hard links are allowed only within one partition, and making a "hard link" to another disk will not work for you, because. it has its own file system.
