What program can collect site designs?

There are programs like Ember (for Mac OS) where you can take screenshots, but recently there has been a fashion for dynamic sites, how to "screenshot" them? Ideally, I would like some mixture of Ember and SiteSucker, so that there is a quick view of the entire collection and you can get into the "guts" to see how it's all done.

The latest version of Pixa has the ability to take long screenshots of websites. True, with "guts" you will have to come up with crutches
