Good time everyone! A painful question: I use computer graphics to create artistic images based on a photograph of a person or several. I come up with a plot, sketch, make a 3D scene of the entourage, put a 3D model of a person in the scene in the right position, watch how the light falls, photograph a real person in the studio and reduce the scene and the person into a final picture with all the gadgets. In general, I work at the intersection of 3d graphics and photography.
Question: Is this type of work somehow designated by some kind of term? I tried to find an answer on the Internet, but I didn’t find anything concrete, there are CG artists, but these are mostly hand-drawn illustrations, and photographers, but these are mostly just photos ... Ah, there are also photoshoppers, but this is also something then not)
I ask in order to find a place where exactly such people live, develop, communicate, etc.
