What program can be used to make an interactive magazine?

Couldn't formulate the question properly. I work as an educational psychologist. There is a certain documentation that is filled out constantly. Logs of consultations, visits, diagnostics, class flow chart, work plan, etc. Is there any way to automate this work? That is, I have a form where I enter certain data, and then I upload and print the finished document. There are examples of such programs, but I need exactly my tables and my reports (roughly speaking, my columns and rows). The programming language is interesting if this program has to be written, or maybe the process in simple ready-made programs.

what you described is called 1C, but it requires hours of (paid) programmer

What you described is a database. MS Access is suitable for you, but it will take a lot of time to master it, or order a ready-made solution on it.
