Good afternoon. Googled so nothing and did not google.
You need a micro framework with out-of-the-box OAuth2 support and a simple router.
I somehow wrote the router myself, but I don’t have enough mind to screw the OAuth server.
If you know a link to a tutorial for dummies on installing OAuth php, then please give it

it looks like your windows wanted to install or rearrange (update) something from the components, but they didn’t let it do it. Several hours of climbing logs and reading msdn in English are guaranteed to you, there will be no recipes here.
