In templates for sites, sometimes I stumble upon the beautiful content of the file.
I have an eternal mess in CSS, but I really want order.
Tell me, please, what program can do as in the screenshot?
And is it possible to navigate through sections using such a menu?

Discover CSS preprocessors already, scatter styles across different files, and there will be no mess.
