I have two domains in this zone, and the only problem I've found so far is that Skype in the chat does not highlight the address as a link. And about indexing by search engines, you would also ask how search engines treat free CMS.
Zero technical differences. The difference is in the number of characters (one), the characters themselves (the first letter is the same in both cases) and moral perception - a club is a club. Kom is a familiar site.

1. What problems - a bunch of stoned dancers will pile up and dance. What are the advantages - it will be immediately clear that this is a club. The domain zone is new, so the problems are still the same - not everyone will immediately understand that this is a domain zone.

Pros - the address will look nice. Cons - as already noted, not everyone will understand that this is a domain zone.
Search engines, of course find.
There is no technical difference, both domains are for different purposes.
I advise you to register from Russia here (referral link, 150 rubles are charged). They are adequate, responsive, normal prices.

I understand that the question has already been written for a long time and the discussion has passed, but I noticed such a problem, if you enter such an address manually in the "smart address bar" of the browser, then the browser perceives this address as a search query, and not a URL

I don’t recommend registering this zone with Godaddy, this registrar itself has 6 domains (one site, registered popular zones from competitors) and there are always problems with the club domain, 2-3 times a week you have to change the domain in forwarding, because it simply doesn’t redirect, the server stopped responding. Maybe, of course, the problem is not in godaddy, maybe such a domain, but sometimes there are similar failures in other zones, a long redirect, 2 minutes each, while other registrars have no problems, redirects in a split second.
