How to bind a domain to a folder on the server?

There is a domain on reg.ru/2domains.ru
There is a Windows VPS server with several sites located in different folders.
How can I bind a domain to a folder on the server, say 10.10.10.10/site1?
I would like to avoid the additional monthly cost of maintaining an additional DNS server, if possible. Well, or for a very modest payment, if there is no other way to do it.

We register NS on the website of the domain registrar, go to the control panel, add it in the DNS section, add two records of type A. One on www, the other without it (the value is the IP of your VPS). By default, we create a site in IIS.
