How to redirect to another server?

The problem with reghouse.ru has been like this for a long time, when I change hosting, I register new DNS, until technical support answers, I can’t change it. They take a long time to answer and solve the problem for a very long time.
There are two active hosting, one has an old site on the other a new one. Is it possible to make it so that a new one opens on the old site, i.e. loaded the site from the new hosting?
Googled through .htaccess it seems impossible, who faced such a problem, how is it solved?

nginx? - Stupidly proxying, slowly and rudely. But you wrote "... loaded the site from the new hosting?"
proxy_pass http://new_hosting:80;
rsync? - synchronization of sites (duplication on different hostings).
The above requires a minimum of VDS hosting.
Or the simplest 301 redirect on the old hosting, if the domains are different.

Delegate the care of dns records to someone else. For example, a very good dns.he.net. yandex has a zone service + you can get domain mail (if necessary).
And you don't have to wait for support.
