Migrating from BIND to PowerDNS: Why is the suffix duplicated?

I am using this guide . Moved small areas, and everything is fine with them. The queue has reached the largest and most important, then after the transfer the following is displayed:

PS C:\Users\admin> nslookup -type=ns domain.ru vs-powerdns01.domain.ru  
Address:  10.100.20.110

domain.ru.domain.ru  nameserver = ns2.domain.ru
ns2.domain.ru      internet address = correct IP address
ns1.domain.ru    internet address = correct IP address

The suffix is duplicated.
The database table has the following entry:

17781 | 54 | domain.ru.domain.ru | SOA | ns2.domain.ru root.ns2.domain.ru  2010110096 28800 7200 604800 86400

The conversion is from a zone text file in BIND to a PowerDNS database entry. Where can be an error? Thanks in advance.

The dot is missing.

1. Forgot the point. Without a dot - not a fully qualified name, it is extended by domain
2. When updating the zones, the SOA was not increased and no update took place :)
