The idea is so-so. Well, I understand that dns is transferable because of AD. But why bother touching dhcp?)
IMHO only by hand.
DHCP will have to be transferred manually. If there is static, then start it all over again, if there is no static, then there is no point in worrying, a new IP will be distributed automatically.
DNS - you can try to configure it as a SLAVE, so that it sucks the settings from Mikrotik, BUT! I would also recommend setting everything up again. All the same, CD does not like such tricks and DNS on it should be primary.
I don't think you have 100500 entries in DNS there. And it is quite possible to score everything manually
