What prevents Xdebug from working correctly with https?

Two sites live on one remote server, one is https, the other is not. On normal everything works fine, xdebug works, on https - xdebug works only with Break at first line, Stubbornly does not see synchronization with the project, and on certain pages, not on all, it gives an error 500 if phpstorm is running, even without breakpoints. I close the program, the page is loaded.
As I understand it, it's all the fault of the .htaccess entry?
