System administration

What position is more promising to write in the work book?

Good day to all!
I have been working as a system administrator for a certain amount of time at one enterprise.
Medium-sized company with around 50 employees. I am the only IT person (no one is subordinate).
Recently, the question arose of expanding my responsibilities and formalization. I
have to deal with the following tasks:

  1. Development of internal software (various web services in conjunction with 1C, automating internal business processes)
  2. Support and development of enterprise infrastructure, implementation of methodologies (ITIL), IT budget planning, communication with vendors, etc.

In my opinion, now the combination of the functions of a developer with the functions of a system administrator (hereinafter referred to as an IT director) is called DevOps, but you can’t write it in a labor office
. I want to be an IT director, but it’s probably somehow strange for a young guy, besides, there is no one subordinate (this is probably easy to check)
You can also be a developer (as it’s right, senior / junior or senior?), But all the functionality is not covered, carried out by me.
In the future, of course, grow into an IT director.
What do you advise?

@br1an

You probably have some special meaning for the word 'prospects', but the domestic work book and prospects in IT are not related at all, in my opinion
