What position in IT does not require programming?

What position in IT does not require programming? I myself do not like to scribble kilometers of code, but I like to argue, show, invent on "paper". Is there such a position in the IT field? And which direction to choose: the path through a salesperson in IT or through a programmer (junior-senior, etc.)?

@Agrigattor

1. Sysadmin. Nothing but scripts, but that comes along the way.
2. Network engineer, for example.
3. Enikeyshchik, yes.
4. All sorts of white shirts-managers-analysts.
Writing scripts and configs by hand is not considered programming, is it?
Yes, a lot of options, in fact, if you delve into narrower specializations. IT does not equal programming.

@globuzer

designer, analyst, manager.
in fact, the profession of a programmer is subdivided in many ways, there are people who exclusively write code, there are those who develop algorithms, there are those who analyze the market and calculation methods or something like that, there are people who develop or describe a product, there are those who lead the project.
But, oddly enough, in many state offices, especially, they are all listed as a programmer or software engineer. There are in general and in the world jobs based on programming, technology, but not necessarily covering coding. But the code, the process of coding, programming in any case needs to be understood and known.
