What poppy to take for programming?

Good afternoon, Khabrovites. Which mac do you recommend for programming and creating applications for ios? There are no strict requirements for mobility, mac mini or imac would also be fine.
Budget up to 50t.r. It's a pity to spend more on "trying".
Initially I thought to take mini 12, but the big question is whether it will pull xCode and the new macOS...

Budget 50k ... Macbook Pro 15 "Mid 2015 if you find it in normal condition. The best keyboard, the touchpad, although not huge, as on the latest models, is enough.
I have one myself. Dropped it many times, filled it with coffee / cola. Before everything is still working.

The most expensive one you can afford.
This is exactly the case when the price justifies the quality.

As far as I understand, a poppy is needed only for assembly, and then for an account (if you manage to assemble it on Windows, Linux), then any.
And continue to use the basic machine.
