What platform would you recommend for a developer to communicate with users of a mobile application?

Good afternoon! I have a small free mobile application and there is a need to get my own place on the network to communicate with users and provide them with technical support.
Recommend an all-in-one platform:
- a business card site
- a collection of wishes
- answers to questions
- polls
- a user manual
- a wiki
- so that it looks good both on a desktop and on a phone
Cloud or self-hosted. Perhaps commercial, but with a sane free initial rate.

Not quite such a panacea, but helpshift: chat, faq... admin panel... quickly implemented conveniently used.
