I would like to specifically understand where to start and which PL is better to study. A little about myself: I have programming experience in Python and little experience in C++ programming. IP is a Sole Proprietor. He needs one language - the language in which the Criminal Code of the country of his citizenship is written :)
Information security often does not need any languages, because there are many areas in information security, and only some of them involve programming or understanding someone else's code.
