Used GrafX2 all the time. And he suited me even better than Photoshop or more specialized applications. But the problem is that the palette and work with layers are not very conveniently implemented there. And to be more precise - not at all convenient.
And what do you use? Maybe something that I have not tried and / or did not appreciate will come across.
