Am I understanding the instruments correctly?

Do I understand the steps correctly:

  1. axure - for rapid prototyping/wireframe-nga
  2. figma / adobe experiments (Xd) / sketch and the like - for more detailed / beautiful prototyping
  3. adobe ai / ps - this is final (if the second step is not enough for the client)

those. first we go sequentially through the points or, say, point 1 can be omitted and fill our hand in point 2? of course, in each individual case it can be different, but I would like to know the typical and "correct" process of creating a site

Not quite, or not at all)
1 axure - prototyping, you can go up to a very detailed design, though then you won’t do anything special with this design (you can implement almost everything that is available when layout on the web)
2 'this is primarily vector editors and not prototyping tools
3 and these are already editors with no signs of prototyping
ps I switched to Sketch from Photoshop and now I draw all interfaces in it
pps Rapid prototyping is more like Balsamiq

Do I understand the tools correctly in stages:
axure - for fast prototyping/wireframe-nga
figma/adobe experiments (Xd)/scetch and the like - for more detailed/beautiful prototyping
adobe ai/ps - this is final (if the second is not enough for the client step)

Not really:
Axure/JustImMind - prototyping.
Adobe AI/PS - preparation of graphics.
Figma/XD/Sketch - development of mockups (layouts);
I would also add a fourth point - prototyping specific layouts. Invision or Marvel (depending on taste and color) can handle it.
