How to transfer the database of recognized faces from one Lightroom catalog to another?

Hello.
I am using Adobe Lightroom Classic CC 8.1. All photos are divided into catalogs by years. That is, every year I create a new catalog. There are many recognized faces in last year's catalog. I would not want to lose the accumulated base and start all over again.
Is there any way to transfer face data to the new directory?
