On one of my client's sites, a block of banners was implemented to draw attention to promotions.

On some computers, pictures from the block are cut with banner cutters and it is impossible to defeat this.

Question: what percentage of users install similar programs and plug-ins? This is to decide whether this audience can be neglected or whether it is worth looking for another solution to the problem.
