What payment system to choose for payment to a legal entity?

Hello everyone!
Advise the payment system to solve the following problem:
- There is a cue ball, you need to pay to the account in the Russian branch of Raifazen legal entity in the equivalent of 4000-11000USD. I am a citizen (and resident of Kazakhstan).
I see 2 options:
1) drive the cue ball into the payment system, change it inside the system (the main thing is that the rate is more or less adequate) and actually pay ...
2) drive the crypt to the exchange (Binance or Coinbase, for example), from the exchange drive the fiat into the payment system and pay for it...
x) perhaps there are some other options...

Necessary conditions: No exchange of financial information with Kazakhstan, at the payment system.
Desirable conditions: Adequate registration. (Std. for payment systems, a package of documents [passport \ rights, receipt for the Internet, photo or video verification is possible], without a letter of recommendation from the bank, forms of personal income tax, certificates from work and other trichomundia)
