I want to make a small international project with a friend , where each user can become a sponsor of another user, for example, like on YouTube. Sponsorship implies access to some content that is only available to the sponsor and is paid once a month.

Tell me, please, what payment system would you recommend for the implementation of such functionality and which would be suitable for a legal entity (IP) in Russia? (For example, Stripe, which would suit us perfectly, does not work in Russia)

PS I searched quite a lot, but either it's bad, or there are few such payment systems. Many articles came across, but they recommended payment systems such as 2checkout, which do not support payouts to users. As I understand it, our system is in fact similar to a marketplace, where instead of goods, our merchants offer users content, and they buy monthly access to it.
