A project, something like a webcam. Interested in 2 questions:
1) What payment system to attach for site visitors who will pay for content? How much will it cost and how legal and stable will it work?
2) How will the models withdraw their earnings? We thought about Paxum, but read quite a few negative reviews about this system.

About payment, first of all, card processing. Where specifically to open a merchant account depends on the country of incorporation of the company and the bank. CCBill, Verotel from thematic processing for example.
About the withdrawal, ideally: payments to the card (do not expect stable work in the Russian region here) + AdvCash / Paxum + Yumoney or Qiwi + Webmoney + Tether USD / BTC.
But even here it depends on the country (and the demand for a particular payment method - for example, in the Russian Federation there are some, in Colombia - others) and the source of funds (to replenish the company with a wire from the EU or otherwise).
