How to accept payments through the rails application?

Good afternoon, please tell me how to accept payments using btc and pm. I looked towards the gem blockchain, but I can’t figure out how to set everything up so that a wallet is generated for the user - when he wants to pay and then everything is transferred to the main one. Everything is much worse with Perfect Money, the site provides examples for php, python and perl.
I also can’t figure out how to charge funds to a specific user, authentication is done using devise.
