What other silent power supplies are there?

I want to assemble a quiet computer, I'm looking at Corsair RM-series power supplies, in which, when loaded up to 40%, the fan does not spin at all.
I wanted to know if there are analogues from other manufacturers? Can someone share their personal experience of using it?

If you don't mean 100% silent (that is, containing no mechanical components at all), but low noise, then any PSU with a 120mm fan can be made as such , since the fans are easily replaced. We replace this fan with a similar one, but with a nominal speed of not more than 1000 ... 1200 and sickle-shaped blades. I used the GlacialTech GT1235 cooler, and personally I was completely satisfied with this modification.
