What other fields can there be for a store card?

There is a certain system where such an entity appears as a store card (real, not electronic). At the moment, it consists of the owner's data (full name, etc.), company name and location address (physical and legal address).
What other fields for a store card should usually be present according to the standards? For example, "TIN field", etc. I don't know much about these fields. But what fields are usually entered for a card that the store owner must fill out? The card must be detailed.
What the store sells is absolutely irrelevant :-) I just wanted to know the standard set of fields for a card.
Thanks in advance!

A legal entity - a store may belong to a legal entity (TIN refers to a legal entity)
Field of activity (in plain language, but OKVED is already a legal entity), website (if any), telephone, area (maybe), manager (well, a manager, not always the same owner on the line), working hours, metro station (may or may not be related to the address, if there are a lot of shops by the same owner or in the system according to MSC)
