What or how to open a swz file?

There is a player-basis of the .swf format - it was decompiled. Several .swz files are attached to it. Googled only Adobe Flash Builder and Flex SDK, but the question remained unresolved: how do I open the file and decompile the .swz file?
The file itself, for example: css.tudouui.com/bin/lingtong/PanelDanmu_18.swz
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
