How to download video from fms server?

The video chat app is written in Codeigniter. It is possible to record video and play back. flvplayer.swf is used to play the video. It is necessary to add the function of uploading/downloading video from FMS. This function must be implemented in the admin part of the application. Tell me how to implement such functions inside this application without using third-party loaders? Perhaps there are ready-made solutions?
