I want to protect my website from fake accounts. So that 1 user = 1 account on the site, all other accounts of this user are banned using HTML5 Canvas Fingerprinting.
What parameters never change? Or at least those that are difficult to change?

That's the way it should be. Fingerprinting is determined by the browser, not the device.
