Why does Bitrix authorization not work?

The site was moved, on all pages Bitrix asks to log in to the front-end and does not let me into the admin area.
What could be the problem?

We figured out, it turns out that the masterhost 1c-bitrix is not suitable for old bitrix because of the new puff 5.3, we collected 5.2.11 how cgi everything worked
