How to authorize users on the site through Instagram?

Greetings!
Authorization on the site through Instagram is required.
We want to take only the username and profile photo. Right now it works in sandbox mode. There is no more approval for new applications. Is there an alternative solution to this problem?

Submit using the form on the Instagram API website, get a token and receive data through the API. We were even given tokens for private and “pirate” sites.
