Where can I get a ready-made solution for registration and authorization in PHP + MySQL + OpenID?

Required:
- registration / authorization
- password recovery by email
- protection against password guessing (captcha)
- openId
- detailed documentation is desirable
If there is no such thing anywhere, then what will be the approximate cost of writing? In general, it seems to me that this is a standard solution for almost any site.
