What opportunities would you like to see on the freelance exchange?

Due to the fact that free-lance.ru went crazy , the idea arose to make another freelance exchange focused on habrausers. What opportunities would you like to see there?

We need a flexible rating system , with and without comments, anonymous and not so, with the ability to link to the project or even to the cost of the project or the time spent.
And for this system, a flexible filter system would be made . For example, I am interested in the ratings of customers who have paid, as well as ratings with comments, and the rest of the ratings are not interesting. Moreover, I would like to tie the estimates of customers to the cost of projects, i.e. the weight of the estimate should be proportional to the cost of the project. And scores with comments add to the final score of a person with some coefficient or, again, tied to something in the profile using a formula. In short, it is difficult and flexible to any whims. Plus raw data export(logs) to Excel or somewhere else, and / or at least a small API for working with each assessment separately.
Habr's rating system has a number of shortcomings, the main of which is "minus"— i.e. the ability to anonymously (and with impunity) downvote. Personally, I would like to know those who are minus, and for what exactly. Not for "revenge" or anything like that. And in order to assess the adequacy of the rating of articles myself and exclude specific ratings or even specific inadequate people from all the ratings that are displayed to me personally (this will not affect other users). Of course, this is a naive desire, but the comments on the ratings are the ideal way out - after reading them, you can assess the adequacy of the assessment. And even the very fact of having a comment will remove a lot of inadequate ratings that were given because of a bad day (or, conversely, a good one) and similar reasons.
In general, I personally am not interested in a “simple system for the lazy”. Here, after all, we will talk about the choice of an employee or customer, and aboutreal wages . And so I want the most adequate assessment , as far as possible in principle. And a lot is possible. If from the very opening to oblige users to comply with something, as well as dot the i in relation to the anonymity and responsibility of the service in relation to the observance of user rights, anonymity and confidentiality (in particular, to determine the level of security of personal data and correspondence), then you can go very far develop.
Actually, the evaluation system is the essence of the freelance exchange. It affects reputation, self-esteem and the cost of services. The most important facts are who, when, with whom, for how much. Who has what opinion about whom, who has what articles and comments. Who is your friendcustomer/employee. The rest (such as mediation in transactions) are nice bonuses to the main functionality, which can be completely replaced by less convenient specific people or programs (services).

Opportunity to meet in groups.
For example, someone is a web programmer, but not a designer, or extJs is needed.
Freelancers could gather in groups and cut budgets, and the customer gets rid of the need to look for specialists and conduct interviews separately - he communicates with the group manager. At the same time, he can look at the history of each member of the group and all that. In general, something like a remote coworking.
But, IMHO, you first need to launch the basic necessary functionality, and only then hang it with buns. Otherwise, you can dig into features and never dig out of them.
If you need help, I can join as much as I can. Skype is on my profile.

Late: freelansim.ru/
I'm wondering if the site is just a stub, or they've been working on it for some time, and then the right moment came for the announcement.

RSS feeds of projects for each group separately. Or an API to the site with the ability to receive a selection of projects by its own filter (which is much better).
For example, I am only interested in web development on Bitrix. And I would like to receive projects from the "Web development" group with a filter by the text of the project "Bitrix | bitrix". Something like that.

Dudes, do you understand that for the active use of the letter combination "habr" for the promotion of a commercial project, you can get questions from thematic media? Dilesoft with "freehabr" has already encountered this.

Colleagues, there is a friendly project Profilink - http://profilink.com/ (now I will call it here).
They are good guys, in fact only recently opened, and are ready to listen to the opinions, advice and ideas of professionals. It is possible, within the framework of this good site, to create an ideal haven for a freelancer with the help of a crowd brain!

If the exchange is paid (although they still want to eat, so apparently the word “If” is not very appropriate), then let it be only a well-made SBR with the ability to share the percentage of the cost of the SBR between the freelancer and the customer. That is, the percentage is fixed, and the division of payment is already like a freelancer and a customer agree. Even if by default it will be like on oDesk, for example, that is, the customer pays a 10% commission for hourly payment.

The system of invites or even recommendations - i.e. so that the customer can see who invited this artist to the site or who recommends him and vice versa. At the same time, the inviter and the recommender should be responsible for the dishonesty of the invitee with their own heads (rating / karma).

what I don't like on odesk (I think the last one is the best of the existing ones) is
normal discounts for large amounts and not flat 10%, otherwise I just leave with large amounts, and the exchange functionality only works with small things. Normal financial instruments such as reservation of amounts (advance) for a guarantee, distribution in case of a team or subcontract. Cheap withdrawal.
a normal proxy for all means of communication - so that I can chat on my Skype and the customer on Skype / msn / jabber or on the site, and for both it would be a transparent proxy, each new one is a separate contact, a separate system for notifications.
The same for mail - a letter comes to my external mailbox, I just answer it and it correctly comes to the customer. It is possible in
internal client, but the external one is more convenient for me. So that you don’t have to go to the site to read anything. Status read is normally updated by notification.
rss\atom with offers selected by a flexible filter for all parameters. Of course, it would be better if the engine itself saw what offers I am interested in (I look at the details / full description on the site) and which ones are even very good - I make an offer and what work I do. I would like the exchange to do most of the selection routine itself. It would be very good if she fulfilled the true Murphy's law and chose the only right performer for this task.
Well, all sorts of time trackers, minimal time management with a published schedule, some small issue trackers. You can also raise your CVS to really give a full service, and at the same time control the execution.
