Would you first write out (well, provide) a list of requirements that you need?
Batch accounting, storage periods, storage units, write-off by FIFO, LIFO, consumption by units of measure, printing of primary documents, in the case of narcotic drugs - storage journals, separation of access rights, and so on. I haven’t seen Open-Source, but when there is a ready list of requirements, it’s easier to search (here, if you add a table, then you can use it)
