What online web development courses to give?

Good afternoon!
I really want to give a friend some web development courses, preferably online. He has some knowledge of html+css and php+mysql, but knowledge is very sketchy. JavaScript is really bad.
I watched geekbrains - in general, this is what you need, but only there it comes out a little expensive and the duration is 1.5 years. Something similar is needed, within 3-6 months. To have a teacher, to have a clear training plan. In Russian.
