What offline courses are there in microelectronics?

I would like to make more progress in microelectronics, and not be limited to ready-made sketches on arduino. Where to go to study microelectronics?

I suspect that you do not want to study microelectronics (design and manufacture of integrated circuits) but electronics. Previously, there were amateur radio circles for this business, now they are most likely gone. Here is a similar question: Please help me draw up a plan\strategy\order of training, radio electronics\soldering\etc.?

Thanks for the reply, yes, that's exactly what I meant. He himself attended amateur radio circles, but now this format has sunk into summer. Of course, I study books, but the question often arises of some misunderstanding of the material, since most of the literature studies the basics superficially, which is why I asked myself about offline courses, where, if something is not clear, you can clarify.
Google, I did not find as such courses that would be taught from the basics and were not highly specialized, basically this discipline is offered to be studied at universities as a second higher education, but, unfortunately, it will not be possible to find time for this format.
