What needs to be optimized for such a server?

Everyone will accept, I have a question. I want to mark up 2 sites on DLE, both of them will be hosted on VPS with the following
OS parameters: CentOS
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5620 @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 1GB
SSD 50 GB
Web : Nginx + Apache
will these parameters be enough for a news site with pictures in each news from 1 to 5 pictures that are loaded on the server. Now the database of one site weighs 40MB, it contains 5000 news, the database of the second site weighs 30MB, it contains 2500 news and the same with pictures. Will this VPS be enough to work normally with 3000-5000 thousand people a day (on average 50-100 users at the same time on the site), maybe something should be optimized? And what is better to use in Apache (prefork or worker) . I’m not considering options without using Apache + Nginx yet, since I’m new to the server side and have just figured out how such a bundle works. Many thanks in advance for all your help.
