CentOS7, video (youtube, etc.) heavily loads the processor, how to reconfigure what would be done by the video card?

I have a geforce card, I didn't install special firewood from nvidia. Probably the card is not used and I spend cpu resources on video. Is this solvable or is there only one problem with nvidia on Linux?

Option 1: Uninstall the video driver and install the latest version.
Option 2: Try to search in Synaptic for flash and swf and remove everything except adobe, maybe another plugin intercepts the video.
Option 3: Uninstall Shockwave Flash and reinstall
